Confirm a 12-inch rough-in, a GFCI outlet within reach of the 3.9 ft cord, and household water pressure of at least 35 PSI. Because of their size and weight, integrated smart toilets cannot be returned for incorrect measurements, space limits, incompatibility or a change of mind, so please measure carefully using the Dimensions and Installation Guide under Downloads below. Ships by freight with basic curbside delivery to the first covered location (such as a garage or carport). The carrier will call to schedule delivery, so please provide a phone number at checkout.
